New work, new work - so good I typed it twice - Jools Stone

These past few months have been busier than ever.  In November I made the big move to Brighton and wrapped up my work with We Are Northern Lights. We didn’t win the Audience Bafta sadly, but we created a lot of buzz for the film all the same, which is now finally available on DVD too.

Since then I’ve been producing regular blog content for luxury holiday company Club Med and I’m excited to also announce details of another new client: International Property Shares.

My work with this interesting company marks my maiden outing into the overseas property sector. They deal in fractionals –  that is shared ownership of holiday homes in France, Italy and beyond.

No, it’s not timeshare. It’s a much better type of product which encapsulates a certain lifestyle of meeting like-minded folk who share a passion for the Italian or French way of life.

You buy a share of a property which gets you roughly a month or so a year in it – and your stake in the property performs much better as an investment apparently. Anyway, I’m still learning about the business at the mo’, but do check out their sites which explain it all very clearly.

I’ll be working with this company to raise their profile via an extensive digital marketing campaign, taking in blog content, SEO, social media and more besides.

I plan to be sharing some fun stuff celebrating all that is great and good about life in rural France and Italy, and the Fractional owner’s particular brand of expat lifestyle, so look out for my posts and please do join in with the banter!

Both me and Mrs Jools have been hitting the freelance networking circuit hard of late, and as always we’re keen to connect with fellow writers / bloggers / SEOs and PRs in the fair city of Brighton, so drop me a line on twitter and say hello some time.  🙂

Oh yeah, I’ve even found time to start a simple little tumblr on our Brighton journey, check it out folks.

I should have some exciting new rail travel sites to gush embarrassingly about soon too.

Need a hand with anything? Get your head out of your marketing bunker and give me a shot!
